Four miles to Chazy Lake Beach or to the Chateaugay Lake Boat Launch. Hike the beautiful Lyon Mountain to the fire tower. Hike is 7.1 miles. One hour to Lake Placid and Montreal. The space One room cabin with seperate full bathroom. Small kitchen including mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, sink, plastic plates, cups, bowls and silverware. Has a table with seating for four. One full size bed and two Coleman cots. Bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink and large mirror. Plenty of towels, washcloths and bar soap will be provided. Perfect for a family of four. Small deck also located off the front of the cabin. Outside fire ring, picnic table and bbq grill also included. Ice and firewood are available for purchase on the property. Guest access Walking trails on property. Picnic area located on property with a beautiful lakeview. Other things to note Grocery stores, restaurants etc. are located in Malone or Plattsburgh, which are both approximately 30 minutes from the property. There is a small convenience store 2 miles from the property. Additional convenience stores are located in Dannemora or Chateaugay which are 15 minutes away. We do sell ice and firewood on the property.
