Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living. The space This is a working ranch so you will hear horse whinnies and the occasional donkey bray. The donkeys are adorable and love pats and carrots. You are welcome to look at the horses in the pasture areas but please don't enter the barn. Horses will nibble fingers so please don't feed them. Guest access Guests will be greeted by Ken or myself and let into the Cottage. Keys to the unit plus electric gate remote will be provided to you for your stay. Other things to note This is not a self check in unit. We meet you and get you settled into the Cottage. This is not a self check in property. This property is a not suitable for children or pets of any species.
