Entire detached house in a central location. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom on the first floor with shower/ bathtub. A fireplace in the living/ dining area provides cozy warmth. From the large sunny terrace you have a great view of the city and a pencil ruin. It is 10 minutes walking to downtown. There is a parking space right next to the house. Our parents live in a separate in-law below and are always approachable for questions.
