When you stay in the main house suite, you have access to the bedrooms and the private bathroom. We are Aggie-owned and operated. Price for accommodations includes 14.75% State and Local sales and occupancy taxes. Guest access Private Suite During your stay We live onsite and check-in on occasion to ensure you have everything you need. Self-check in available is also available with advance coordination. Other things to note Light continental breakfast provided. Complete hot breakfast provided by request at additional cost. For major Texas A&M sporting events, such as football games, and other university events, including graduation, parents weekend and Ring Day, Seven Oaks B&B does NOT raise our pricing.
