The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with a shower. The living room occupies the second level, also featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 15-20 minute walk. We inform our guests that there is a camera that controls the entrance of the plot. Can accommodate up to 10 guests. Also, there is a private pool of 4,5 x 9 x 1,4 m. for exclusive use by guests. The owners may live in the basement of the property on some days, but it has a separate entrance.
