Located on 1.5 acres, this clean and comfortable apartment includes a kitchenette with bar-style table, living room and flat screen Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu as well as an electric fireplace, outdoor patio and fire pit. Guests have their own parking space, a private first-floor entrance, full bathroom, patio, BBQ and fire pit! The space Welcome to the country! Our cozy loft guesthouse is perfectly located whether you’re in town for scenic nature and open space or destination attractions like the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and Legoland theme-park! The guest space has a private entrance, accessible by first-floor keypad entry. A stylishly accented and comfortable full bathroom is located on the first floor. The efficiency apartment is on the second floor, up a private stairwell. A beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit has also just been added for exclusive guest use, with a canopy for shade, table and chairs and gas barbeque grill. The unit includes a fully stocked (courtesy snacks provided but no food or coffee included) kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, hot plate for cooking and small bar-style seating area. A love seat, flat screen Roku TV with Netflix and electric fireplace separate the kitchenette area from the bedroom space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands and table lamps. A large trunk is provided for clothing storage during longer stays. Please be advised that due to the loft-style nature of the unit, ceiling clearance in some areas is low. POOL (May 31st-Sept 1st) - Use is $25 per day (3 hour time slots), per guest (max 2 people, no day guests). Please inquire about guest use hours. Times must be coordinated and approved by host. Our property is located on 1.5 acres in the country. We also have long-lasting and hassle-free fire logs available for your convenience for $9.99 a log. **We do not allow the use of real wood for safety.** PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow smoking of any kind, drug use or excessive alcohol use on the property. If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the listing for you. While we respect the right to have service animals, guests with special needs should strongly be aware that we have a dog on the property that does not do well with other animals. For that reason, we kindly ask those guests with service animals to consider booking an alternate Airbnb to avoid a safety issue for both our animals and ourselves. Guest access Guests have full access to their unit. Two parking spaces are provided. Other things to note Please note that due to the loft-style of the studio, ceilings may be low in some areas. We allow guest use of our pool (see host for times and fee) but please note, even though we will not be in the pool when you are scheduled to do so, our home and deck is near the pool area and pool deck - so you may see us! Our home and guesthouse are supplied by natural well water, which may have a different odor, taste and smell than guests accustomed to municipal city/town water are used to. We have two dogs, Roxy (a black lab) and Bleu (a blue Heeler), who love to run around on our property in the confines of their electric fence. They are barkers but are harmless (and love people/petting)!
