The space Our Guests will have access to the entire Townhouse, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and nicely decorated dining room and kitchen to cook while staying here. Our home is located minutes away from many of the most visited places in Antigua Guatemala from here you can make the best of your trip while staying in a very safe in private secluded area. Guest access Our Guests will have access to the entire home, community pool and outdoor Gym while staying at our Home. A proxy card will be provided to enter/exit the complex as if you were a resident As well as the “Senderos” walkways through the community with security at all times A Door Combo lock is installed on the front door and you’ll have a unique code during your stay. Other things to note Entrance to the community is through a gate with security, a code will be provided to gain access to the property. Once you are installed in the property a Proxy card is available for entry/exit of the community at any time. The proxy card must be returned upon check out or a $25 replacement fee will be charged. Any damage or missing items from the home decor appliances & furniture will incurred in extra charges at their current cost. Our house is fully equipped to make your staying the most comfortable and memorable as possible. Toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels is provided for short stays. For longer stays you will have to provide your own. An inflatable mattress is available for extra person staying with your party at an extra charge.
