This cozy apartment is nice and located near the beach; perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast of La Guaira. The building has a large pool and a small one ideal for a great time. Great for short or long stays and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The space It is a small and very quiet space that has a full equipped kitchen, dining room, one room, a bathroom with hot water, living room with air conditioning, TV, sofa bed, 2 single armchairs and a hammock overlooking the sea. The room is fully equipped for your rest and comfort and features: -Queen Bed -Closet -Lingerie - Towels - Hygiene articles - Air Conditioning Cable-Tv The apartment has drinking water, fiber optic Wi-Fi, TV Streaming, sound system, books, fully equipped kitchen, interior furniture and more. Guest access There are different spaces where you can enjoy and relax. In the external common areas of the apartment is the lobby, the pool, green areas, tennis court, table tennis and barbecue. Very close to gastronomic areas, area of interest and recreation, still life, shopping mall, pharmacies and supermarkets. The nearest beach (Playa Los Corales) is a 2-minute walk away. Parking is private and free. Other things to note -Maximum 4 People (including children). - Check-in is between 1:00pm and 8:00 pm (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm), after 8:00 pm (8:00pm), it has an additional cost of $30, and has to be previously agreed. -If you want to arrive earlier (subject to availability) Early check-in can be done between 9:00 am-13:00 (9am to 1pm), for an additional cost of $30. Previously agreed. - Check-out is at 11am, if you want to do a Late Check-out (subject to availability) and with a limit time 6:00pm (6:00 pm) the cost is $30. Previously agreed. -The guest identification will be requested prior to arrival to allow access to Ritasol. -The apartment is fully functional, but electrical outages and faults can occur in the contracted services that harm us and are foreign to our will. We DO not have a power plant -The Water is constant and the building tank. If there is rationing it would be due to major causes and unrelated to our will. -Guests must comply with building and pool rules. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled, the money will not be refunded and there could be penalties. -The utensils and furnishings that are located inside the apartment are for exclusive use and should not be taken from the property. In case of misplacing or causing any damage to an object or in the apartment, you must replenish it or cover it with 100% of its value. - No smoking allowed in the apartment -We provide airport shuttle service, personal shopper and more... -Lay days the pool is closed for maintenance. -NO pets allowed.
