Villas de Cortez Master Suite 1106 is a Ground Floor Ocean /Pool Front 1200 square foot Condominium located in Los Barriles B.C.S. Mexico just 40 minutes north of the San Jose Del Cabo Airport (SJD) and adjoins the World Famous Hotel Palmas de Cortez. The space The Villas de Cortez is a beach front luxurious condominium resort. Each unit is Independently owned and operated. This desirable ground floor suite allows for our guests to simply walk thru the back door to access the pools, restaurant or beach. The advantage over the upper floor units are they require taking the stairs or the elevator, then walking completely around the building, coming to the security gate, entering the pass code to reach the pool area. Walking out the back door to access the common area is convenient for everyone but especially families with young children using the wading pool or for seniors who might have limitations. The Villas de Cortez is in the heart of the town and was developed by the Vanwormer Resorts who owns the adjoining World Famous Hotel Palmas de Cortez Resort. As a guest you will have full access to all the amenities of the Hotel which offers World Class Big Game Fishing, Eco-Tours, ATV, Wave Runner, Kayak, Wind Surfing, Kite Boarding and Paddle Board rentals and lessons. Note: Please confirm availability of the seasonal tours and lessons before booking to ensure you have your best experience. Just outside your backdoor is the Bay View Restaurant which has unquestionably the finest dining on the East Cape. It offers dining inside or on its covered open air deck with the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. In room dining is available upon request.
