The space We opened this December 2018, a new family business; eight comfortable brand new apartments located on the beach "La Balconada" on the shores of the sea, equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, facing couples and families. Las Olas offers 8 apartments on the seaside apartments ( 2 front and 6 side apartments to the ocean) on the beach "La Balconada", fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments have: - Different ocean view Balcony with grill - Wi-Fi - A bedroom with a double bedroom, placard and air conditioning. - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, kitchen with oven, microwave, all appliances and tableware for 4 people. - Full bathroom - No suitable for pets. - Check in from 15 to 21 hrs. - Check out until 10 am. Staying one vehicle per unit - Security perimeter cameras -A single line. -Tooks on the beach available. -We do not provide sheets or towels, nor housekeeping during the stay. Other things to note We are steps from the sea, in front of La Balconada Beach. We are aware that under the regulations in force in the country regarding Covid-19 regulations, this establishment does not accept guests on a quarantine basis, as we do not have the appropriate conditions to carry out the same.
