The apartment is located on a hill near the pier, with beautiful views of the bay. It is 25m2, has a small bright kitchen, a bedroom, toilet and shower. Additionally, a covered terrace of 12m2 with rocking chairs, hammock and dining table. Quiet, 200m from the beach; 350m from the center of town. Private parking and caretaker included. NOTE: The apartment is located in a tropical garden, so do not leave ANY food outside the fridge: ants will discover this in minutes. Close your garbage bags. The space This apartment is located in a property of about 3000m2 with a garden full of fruit trees (lemons, oranges, mangoes) and hardwood trees, 2 communal terraces with barbecue areas and splendid views of the bay. Additionally we have parking inside the property and during most time of the day and night we have a caretaker present. Guest access You have access to the 2 communal terraces with BBQ areas and splendid views of the bay, which you can use for dinner and to relax. During the night we close the big gate, the night caretaker will open this when you come back by car. You get also your own key for the small gate, so you can walk in and out any time. Other things to note This apartment is called "La Cueva" (the Cave) as the bedroom is quite dark because of its black walls and the ceiling of 1.85cm. Do not throw anything in the toilet, but use the basket aside to deposit your toilet paper etc. as the drain will be obstructed quickly if you don't do this. This is normal in Nicaragua. The apartment is located in a huge garden area, so do not leave any food outside the fridge, as the ants will discover this in minutes. Close your garbage bags. On the entrance of the property, next to the main gate, is a big barrel in which you should leave your waste. Lately there is a daily municipal garbage collection service. The apartment is located under a big apartment. The current renters are very friendly and quiet.
