There is great fishing from the point at the end of the beach, and you can also arrange fishing, diving, surfing, snorkeling, and other tours from San Juan del Sur. Other things to note Given our location in a semi-secluded paradise, we sometimes deal with power outages. However, we have solar panels installed that provide some lighting when the lights go out and we have a water tank installed that provides water to a shower and an outside sink. AC is available on all rooms, let is know if it interests you (full AC use extra fee of $30 per night).
