What I appreciate most about the house is the tranquility and the feeling of freedom. The proximity to the ocean beaches and the green of the mountains are other attractions. Nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi under the summer sun next to the family sipping a steep barbecue watered with a stupidly cold beer and then relaxing in the extended hammocks in the area. The space House with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 external), dining room, living room, full kitchen, winter garden, garage, balcony, laundry room, barbecue grill, jacuzzi and garden. Guest access The spaces in the house are fully free to use, without restrictions. Other things to note The house is located on a quiet, safe and quiet street next to the beaches ( 10 minutes by car) and with quick access to the region's plentiful commerce.
