APARTMENT IN THE BEST POINT OF THE CITY OF RIO DE JANEIRO The space My apartment has a double suite, a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a single armchair bed, accommodating 5 people in comfort. It's all refurbished, and all the plumbing and electrical wiring have been changed. It is equipped with new, unused utensils, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, mattresses, bed and bath linens, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The list of utensils is complete, with blender, iron, toaster, coffee maker, tent, chairs and beach towels etc. It has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, split refrigerated air in the living room and wall cooled air in the bedroom. Cable TV in the living room and bedroom, broadband wi-fi, Netflix, Globoplay, HBO max, Prime and Disney+. The apartment is super well located, on the beach block, at post 9. A few steps into the sand. It is close to the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, snack bars, the Hippie market on Sundays and the metro; well, no visitor could be better hosted! It is relatively close to Copacabana beach, just a walk of about fifteen minutes. On the corner of the street is the Garota de Ipanema bar, where Vinícius de Moraes composed the famous music of the same name. The building is family friendly, with only 4 floors and 4 apartments per floor, with doorman during the day and security cameras. Guest access Guests can choose to go to Ipanema beach, which is in front, or to Arpoador, Leblon beach, Devil's beach, or Copacabana, which can be reached by foot. The transportation is abundant, with bus stops and vans both on the beach and in the nearby streets, as well as the metro station one block away.
