Kitnet located on a land with 3,500 square meters, all walled and with gate. On the ground there are three more houses (one where I live and two more that are rented for season). It is a quiet and safe place, a place to enjoy your holidays, in the city center and close to the beach. Kitnet with double bedroom with litter box, wardrobe with shelves and clothes rack and a single sofa bed, table fan, full bathroom, full kitchen with gas hob with oven, fridge, 4-seater table, sink with cleaning items ( sponge, detergent and cleaning cloth), pots, crockery and cutlery, blender. The washing area has a tank and clothesline and cleaning utensils (broom, squeegee, bucket and cleaning cloth). Is there Wi-Fi. The kitnet accommodates up to 3 people. Has parking space for a vehicle in the garden. On the ground there is a sports court with volleyball net and soccer goal. The court has night lighting with two reflectors. There are NO pillows, bedding and bathing suits provided.
