This small space facing the sea, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay, with a grandiose view that produces a lot of well-being, here you can enjoy the pool, the sea, long walks on the beach with total security. It is also located near restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The space From the different areas of the apartment, you can appreciate the immensity and beauty of the sea. It has open concept areas, very comfortable to enjoy special moments. The balcony that has a wonderful ocean view, is an ideal stay for people who want to admire the birds and water animals that can be seen in this wonderful habitat. It consists of two rooms, the master has a king bed, the private bathroom has hot water and all implements such as bar soap and liquid soap. The second bedroom has a bunk bed of two (full) and 1 plaza 1/2, has a portable air conditioning and a bathroom that is not private but shared as social with hot water and implements like liquid and bar soap. The beds are dressed in duvets for extra comfort. Cleaning is with the Rainbow cleaning system to take care of the health of those who visit. We have a water purification system. Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, it allows you to walk during the day and at night with total freedom, a few blocks away we find restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Parking is located within the outdoor areas of the Arena, Sol and Mar condominium. Other things to note Use of the pool is exclusively for guests, no guests allowed on premises It is prohibited in the condominium's regulations.
