The name 'Villas Vista Masaya' means 'Houses with a view to Masaya'. These homes away from home are only 1.5 km out of Masatepe, with a supermarket and the daily market for fruit and vegetables. The house is for two persons, has stable WIFI for digital nomads. The house has a panoramic view to the crater lake of Masaya and the mountains. There are trails and there is a swimming pool. WIFI signal is good without extra costs during the whole day, but the experience learn that between seven and nine at night the signal can weaken or stop because of saturation. I can be done with a normal car in the dry season, but in the rainy season you need a car a little bit higher. The dry season runs from December until May. You need some warmer cloths for the colder months like December if you want to stay outside. You need a light when electricity is fallen out. Fortunately this happens no so often, due to our solar system. We ask you to lock your house when leaving and leave your valuable things inside. Of course we try to everything to avoid unpleasant things, but you are responsable for your own safety and your own things. The principal entrance has a lock and of course we give you a key so that you can enter and leave when you want to. It is forbidden to give the key to another person. At additional costs we can clean your house if you want to, but you can ask us to do it for you and that will be an additional cost. At the end of your stay we kindly ask you to leave everything clean again. We can the final cleaning to additional costs of course.
