Located in Cond.Porto Dos Lençóis,Apt.12 has 2 suites with air conditioning and a kitchen on the side. Approximately 1 km from the center,with 24-hour doorman, leisure area complete with swimming pool,ballroom,barbecue, freezer, pool games, table tennis and foosball. In addition to a bandstand with barbecue and pier by the river sloths to contemplate a beautiful sunset. Note: There is no room service, cleaning is done prior to arrival. No breakfast is available. The space The apartment is on an upper floor,access going up only one flight of stairs. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, party hall barbecues and the river-side kiosk,and the ballroom games. Note: The swimming pool is closed for cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays,or when necessary due to force majeure. Other things to note Kitchen separate from rooms with independent entrance and for the exclusive use of guests who book the apartment. The town may occasionally occur in other renovation units during the hours of 08:00 am to 6:00 pm.
