Cancellations More than 4 months before occupancy date - Full refund. Less than 4 months before occupancy date - 50% of booking deposit will be refunded in the event that the period can be re-let after a cancellation No refund will be made if space booked cannot be re-let Check In / Out Times There is a 16.00 (4 pm) check in time and 10 am check out time. This is required in order to give us sufficient time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guests arrival.
