This is an adorable 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom beach cottage, with a loft perfect for kids. It's a second row cottage right on beautiful sandy Long Beach and steps from the ocean. It was completely remodeled in 2018 and one of the nicest cottages available to rent on Long Beach. It's only 5 minutes from Route 128 and about 45 minutes to historic Boston. We took it off the market for a couple of summers to enjoy with family, but happy to make it available again for others to enjoy! 1 week minimum The space Back deck with marsh views and dining table and umbrella. Ocean views from inside most rooms in the house. Additional small deck with ocean view. Gas grill, a small front yard, steps from new tennis court and 4 parking spots! Guest access You have the whole house, including laundry in the basement. Other things to note There are two full bathrooms in the home. The main bathroom is on the main floor with the kitchen, bedrooms, and living room and has a full stand up shower. The second bathroom is located in the unfinished (but well lit and clean) basement. The full bathroom is fairly new and has a roomy stand up glass shower, and ceramic tile floor. It's perfect for direct off the beach clean up (especially the kids). Also in the basement is a laundry machine, dryer, and ironing board for use.
