Two-level house, located in the village of San Juan del Obispo, which is part of Antigua Guatemala, four kilometers from the colonial hut. The village is one of the first founded during the Spanish conquest, it is very visited due to the kindness of its inhabitants and its picturesque appearance. The space Two-level house with all its amenities, it is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen that includes all its cooking utensils necessary for the preparation of a good meal, to be able to enjoy food we have a table for 6 people. if you are looking for a good rest you can get it in our spacious and cool room as it has access to the backyard and when you open the window you will feel a refreshing breeze from the fountain that is located on the patio. we have 3 fully equipped rooms with comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms in the upper floor of the house as well as nice views from the balconies. you can use the common areas only, the pool can only be used with time limitations, since only 1 hour per day is allowed. *Common area regulations will be sent when booking* Guest access Guests will have access to the house completely private, as well as amenities which are subject of availability and are by way of booking. NO species or any type of edibles are provided, each guest is able to bring their drinking water as well as their condiments, coffee and all the food they will need during their stay. There is limitation in the mobile signal of cell phones and the internet of the house in occasions is unstable, this is general in the sector. We are not responsible for forgotten objects in the property, so before retiring check that all of their belongings are removed.
