As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged.
