This apartment is a part of our house with a separate entrance, down the stairs. The stairs are well lit. Beautifully furnished with large flat screen smart TV, reclining leather couch, and fully complemented kitchen with all amenities. Large deck that overlooks Little Tennessee River and mountain range. There is a large two sided desk in great room for your convenience. Nice for those who must work remotely or work on computer for pleasure. Gem mines galore. Town five min away. The space This apartment has been beautifully re-decorated to make you feel at home. Wonderful views, 5 miles to town. 900 sq ft of open space to enjoy the view from kitchen, dining and TV area. Using the covered deck is an experience of its own, overlooking the river and the mountains and valley. Bryson City Road is all that separates us from the Little Tennessee River. Easy paved one turn access on paved road and drive to house. Forget your world and indulge in ours for a few days. The mountain/river side of the apartment has plenty of windows. We use the apartment on occasion, but there is plenty of room in the closet and chest of drawers for all your clothes and things. We've made room for you. Come visit. Guest access Guest access to the apartment is from the left side of the house. One flight down the stairs and you're there. The stairs are well lighted for safety. Our living area is on the 1st and 2nd floors, but locked from access to the apartment from your side. It is well insulated and you will have to work very hard to hear us when we are there. Feel free to use our closet and chest of drawers. We've made space for you. Please know that our goal is for you to have a 5-star visit during your stay. And we want to do the same for you. Please leave the apartment as you found it with dishes and utensils cleaned and put away. Other things to note Keep an eye out for our resident Bald Eagle who often roosts across the river. We are actually in the Nantahala Mountain Range and there is plenty of wildlife. Deer, rabbits and birds being the most popular. Birds serenade you all during the daylight hours....and sometimes you can hear a night Owl.
