The space The entire house is accessible, except for the office and the room behind the behind the laundry, these spaces are not available because we use them to store our personal belongings. Guest access Guests have access to: Three bedrooms, 6 people maximum, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, huge covered outside patio area, yard, swimming pool with lanes, shallow area, gazebo with a view, laundry, basketball court with lights, front patio, and covered, secured parking. Other things to note No wet clothes in the house on the furniture. Change clothes after using the pool before using inside furniture. Prices given are for using A/C in the bedrooms at night. During the day we open the doors and windows and use the ceiling fans which are in every room. Use of the A/C for the whole house or 24 hours/day adds as much as $300/month. Our highest daily usage for the year was less than 33 kWh per day. Anything less than that is included in the price. Anything over 33 kWh/day will be charged at 22 cents per kilowatt hour. We will take a photo of the electric meter when you arrive and when you depart. If you use in excess of 33kWh per day, we will send you the photos of the meter and a bill for the extra kilowatt hours for which Airbnb will charge you.
