As the house is located right in the centre of town amenities are only seconds away. At this time only the master bedroom has air conditioning. All rooms have floor fans and ceiling fans. The space Security - You will enjoy the entire space of this home. It is completely secure with a gated entrance and walled perimeter. Pool - enjoy the luxury of your own private pool and lounge chairs. Views - From the upper patio where the bedrooms are located enjoy views of the town and mountains and the water at the end of the street. Kitchen - kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make full meals and tupperware to take a picnic to the beach. Coffee and tea are provided as well as basic spices and oil. Bedrooms - each room has both a floor and ceiling fan. Extra towels, bedding or pillows available upon request. Guest access There is one entrance into the courtyard of the house and then a main set of doors into living space downstairs which includes kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Upstairs each bedroom has its own entrance and key. Other things to note *** There are stairs to upper level where bedrooms are located *** *** Rainy season precaution *** The corner where the house is located tends to temporarily flood with rain water and ocean waves during a rainstorm or after a high tide. It is temporary and does not affect the courtyard or inside of the house; however side walk access can become limited.
