The space Scroll down for English A distinct house joined by a half pool. These two houses are the fruit of a great love story from the owners, Lilian & Steffan, for the past ten years. They will tell this story with pleasure, watered with a few glasses of wine, when you meet them. The passion they have for such a special house becomes clear as soon as you get there. Every detail was chosen to inspire relaxation, peace and convenience. Most of the appliances are imported and the art objects were personally chosen by the owners to be a reflection of their journey together. They have five children, so one of the requirements was space, and part of the idea was to be able to give the children a break, letting them stay in one of the houses and the parents in the other. The pool is in the middle of the houses, there is also a barbecue and an area for cooking outside. In the house we have: 3 suites, all with air conditioning: - 1 suite with queen bed and full size bed - 2 suites with king size beds - 1 en-suite with queen-size bed and single sofa bed - 2 suites with single bed + 2 double sofa beds and 2 double air mattresses There is room for up to three cars and there is also a small apartment for the housekeeper. Maid, Chef, tour guide and private driver can be combined apart from the cost of the nights. Daily cleaning is also charged separately. The bill is charged separately and costs R$0.60/kWh. The beach is called Araçaípe and is less than a 5-minute walk from the house. It is a very private beach with few tourists. Most of the people who frequent it are the local owners and their friends/family and if you walk a little further you will reach the chicest stalls. But, the best part is that if you want to go to other beaches such as Pitinga, Taípe, Rio de Barra, Trancoso and Mirror, all are close by. This area is very safe. To get there you take the ferry from Porto Seguro to there (it's about 10 minutes from the airport to the ferry, another 15 minutes by ferry). We have alarms and security cameras in the house just in case, although nothing ever happened. If you hire our chef, just directly agree with him the amount for meals and snacks to be included. The nearest emergency room is about a 5-minute drive away, in the center of Arraial d'Ajuda. The largest supermarket in the area is opposite the emergency room and also has a bakery on the way to the beach (two blocks away), so you'll always have fresh breads. For your protection and comfort we have a camera system in the common areas of the property. A Villa united by the pool in the center. Between the two villas there is a Pool and a BBQ/Outdoor kitchen area for your social gatherings. The privately enclosed driveway easily fits 3 cars and there is a small studio for the caretaker of the property. Maid service, daily house cleaning, private chef, tour guide and personal drivers are available by request and are charged separately. The electric bill is paid separately at BRL 0.60/kWh. The Beach is called Praia do Araçaípe and its less then a 5minute walk from our Villa. Its a very private Beach with very few tourists. Most of the people you meet on the beach are the local property owners and their friends and if you walk 50 meters north you reach the high end Barracas (Beach clubs). But the best part is that if you get bored of secluded Praia do Araçaípe you have the best rated beaches in Brazil including Pitinga, Taipe, Rio de Barra, Trancoso and Espelho within close reach. The area is very Safe since you have to take a ferry across the river from the largest city called Porto Seguro which has some less safe areas. Our Villa also has an Alarm and security cameras just to make our guests feel safe even though there has never been any issues with any of our neighbors in the area. The closest Emergency room is about 5 minutes drive from our Villa up in the center of Arraial D'ajuda. All meals including snacks are included if you choose to hire our personal chef. The biggest supermarket happens to be right across the street from the emergency room so that' s also very convenient. Another convenience is that there is a bakery on the way to the beach (about 2 blocks away) so you will always have fresh bread and pastries at your disposal. For your safety and comfort we have a camera security system on the common areas of the property in garden and in the gates facing the entrance of the house.
