The space This spectacular vacation property is located on the east end of the Island of St. Croix, the most desirable part of the Island.  Views of downtown Christiansted, Buck Island, St. Thomas, and Virgin Gorda. This property sits high in the neighborhood of Seven Hills offering breathtaking views that are some of the Island's BEST. The drive up Seven Hills is bumpy and steep but the property and views will not disappoint. The property manager stays in the cottage on site, which faces away from the main house, to protect and respect your privacy. Vista Del Mar Villa This home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. An entertainer's dream! Enjoys and drinks and snacks at the Kitchen Window Bar. Perfect for relaxing poolside. The King size master bedroom is located upstairs, which is the entry-level and main floor, and has a Tempurpedic Adjustable mattress. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and main floor living area. Extra amenities everywhere including a Sonic Ice Machine and Margarita machine. Floating stairs bring your downstairs where 2 bedrooms and living area boast sunsets views as well. The king-size and queen-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A sofa in the downstairs living area has queen size sleeper sofa. Four additional roll-away beds are available if needed (upon approval). Completely remodeled downstairs kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, plus full-size dining room table.  Downstairs has its own newly landscaped lawn and garden area. Full sliding windows open to a private furnished balcony with amazing views of Buck Island. Tropical beauty abounds this property with lush native landscaping. Luxurious outdoor seating throughout the property. Review from August 2021: We’ve never in our lives stayed somewhere so beautiful, picturesque and thoughtfully designed. If perfection is achievable for luxury living, Laura has nailed it. The home itself is straight out of a design catalogue, stunningly renovated for tasteful simplicity and utmost luxury. Wrap around floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining space with stunning views of Christiansted, Buck Island, and on clear days, St. Thomas, St. John and Tortola in the distance. It’s like living in the clouds. The art and decor is perfectly balanced to enhance the view, adding soft contrast to stunning landscape. Three full suite bedrooms with private baths, the crown of which is the gorgeous tiled master bath on the first floor with inlaid mother of pearl, gold fixtures and the deepest bathing tub you could ask for. Everything, down to the linens on the beds, super soft robes and ample storage is of the utmost quality and style. Did I mention private decks/balconies for each bedroom? The kitchen is downright insane. Beyond the high tech fridge and oven with automated cook settings and a full gas range, is a shaved ice fridge, wine and champagne storage, a champagne cooling sink set into gorgeous marble countertops. Even the Keurig has its own water spout, for fast coffee making on early mornings. The pantry was stocked with essentials (including spices) which made complex cooking a breeze, and all the barware one could ever need was available. Laura even left us a few bottles of the islands finest to get us started. Which brings me to the great outdoors. An island oasis surrounded by palms with a perfect pool that made us almost want to stay at the house, even with St Croix’s finest beaches calling nearby. The kitchen windows over the patio open out to reveal bar seating for easy drink and food pass off from indoors. Seating wraps around the property’s views, allowing for comfortable viewing of sunrise and sunset from the property (yes, both!). Laura is by far the best host we’ve had in our travels, and someone we’re now proud to call a friend after a weeks stay in her home. She was so kind and respected our privacy, but was too much fun not to invite along on a few adventures on the island. We can’t express enough gratitude for her. Quite frankly, we wanted to cry when we had to leave this incredible home. It is so clear that this property was designed out of Laura’s dreams, and thank the lord she has amazing taste. We’ll be back and it can’t come soon enough. Guest access Guests will need to rent a vehicle. A 4 wheel drive is recommended. The island can have steep hills and rugged terrain. This property is located near the end of the road that makes for very little traffic and lots of quietude! All of this while just a short drive to the beach!
