Located just blocks from Hobo Hot Springs and local amenities, it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, families, or groups seeking relaxation after a day of adventure. **Rooms & Sleeping Arrangements** - **Master Bedroom:** King bed for ultimate comfort. - **Second Bedroom:** Queen bed for a restful night. - **Third Bedroom:** Twin-over-full bunk bed (for kids) plus an additional full bed, great for kids or extra guests. **Living Spaces & Amenities** The house features a welcoming living area with a large projector screen for movie nights, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and a movie-style popcorn maker with popcorn and candy for endless entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, starting the day with the coffee and bar and with a dining area to gather and share your day’s adventures. **Outdoor Space** The backyard opens up to a park with a playground, perfect for kids to run and play. Guest access Entire house, front yard/lawn and fenced back yard. Guests just won’t have access to the attached and detached garage as well as the shed/personal office. Other things to note Some added items you have access to include tubes to float the river during the summer while the river is still floatable, some pool floaties to enjoy at the hot springs or pool and sleds during the winter.
