Private 4.5 acre cabin on a pond (stocked), 7 miles from PeeknPeak ski resort, minutes from over 20 wineries and 20 minutes from the Chautauqua Institute. Surrounded by woods with an outdoor fire pit. Pets welcome. Large screen TV with numerous DVDs (but you might not need them). Wood burning stove and serene atmosphere. Two bedrooms with a shower upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. Gas grill on front porch. Lots of wildlife and nature noises to stimulate your senses. Must be 30 years old and up. No parties or events. No smoking. Entire cabin We will have a representative available throughout the stay This is a pretty secluded location with virtually no contact with other people. You will see a farm as you enter the long access road to the cabin that has a zebra, a camel, 2 emu, goats, deer, cattle, cows …and more with a very friendly owner. The road to the cabin will be plowed in the winter for easy access to the property. TRASH MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU. The security deposit us fully refundable after the cabin is checked. There is a city dump with Wednesday and Saturday drop off available.
