It is a secure building, with 24 hours security guards. Two elevators that directly takes you to the apartment's door. When you arrive the host or the guards will give you the keys for the elevator and the apartment. Inside the apartment you will find the instruction for the internet (user and password) and TV/Cable. You will find everything you need very easily and in the case you have a question we will always be ready for you. Other things to note It is a no smoking building.
