We do have a Security Deposit requirement beyond what airbnb collects and that is refunded with 14 days of departure minus cleaning fee. Our cancellation is 60 days prior Not the same as airbnb as well. If we are able to rerent within those 60 days then you get full refund of the Security Deposit which is $2000.
