The apartment is located in a neighborhood of great tranquility and security (the heart of Punta Mogotes), just 200 meters from the neighborhood mall and 400 meters from the coastline. Five years old, it is part of a PH of modern architecture, with a comfortable layout, very bright, great privacy, its own terrace with grill, and a covered and enclosed garage. Only couples, business travelers or family groups are allowed, no parties or after hours. The space We are a couple of young architects, so the construction of this apartment complex meant the staging of our cravings in the profession. We want the people who live here to feel comfortable, understanding that they will live (at least a few days) with the same virtues they could have in their homes. Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped dining room with kitchen, sink, refrigerator with freezer, crockery. This space expands to a wooden deck of 3 x 4 meters from the apartment with grill included. The garage is individual, covered and locked with a key for each tenant. In case of hosting a large vehicle (van or similar), check the dimensions as they are suitable for medium cars. Other things to note Guests are provided with bed linen (sheets, blankets and quilts) and a set of towels and towel per person. Note that the seaman's bed in the living room has another bed that comes out below, which is suitable for a person of small build.
