The space has a living room, and kitchenette with refrigerator to make your stay as complete as at home. Guest access The access and exit of the apartment is autonomous 24hrs by smart lock and personal key. It means you can: - Arriving at any time from check-in, without prior notice. - Exit and enter as many times as you want from the apartment during your stay, and at any time. - Finalize your stay at any time before checkout time, without notice that you are retiring, and completely independently. The main access to the building is monitored by 24-hour concierge. In order to comply with the internal regulations of the building, we will require you to inform us of your first and last name, and the total number of guests that your reservation includes, in order to record your date and time of arrival and departure of the building. By booking your stay, you agree to provide us with these details in order to facilitate your independent check-in and check-out, as well as to facilitate your free income and departures from the building during your stay. During your stay I like to have proactive and personalized communication with my guests. If you need help during your stay, feel free to message me through the Airbnb chat. I usually respond immediately within daytime. In special situations that occur before, during, or after your stay, and after your reservation is confirmed, it is possible that I contact you through another instant messaging app, using the phone number you have registered with Airbnb, in order to improve the quality of the help you may need. In case of any eventuality, you will automatically have access to my personal number after you confirm your reservation. Other things to note You can use the common areas of the building such as the pool, gym and laundry room. If you arrive by car, parking can be included in the same building at an extra cost. If necessary, you must request it at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. If you book for a period of 28 days or longer, we will include a monthly cleaning service at no additional cost, in order to ensure the apartment is kept clean and tidy. Service included exclusively for long term stays. If your reservation is less than 28 days and you need cleaning during your stay, it can be coordinated in advance at an additional cost.
