The 2nd Floor Bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the living room, kitchen, a laundry room. This is a beautiful room with a window view. Please note- this is a shared house, I have guests in the movie room (basement) at times, and I stay on the 1st floor. Everyone loves the community, there are plenty of local restaurants with lake-views close by. One thing I should note, I keep the house at 67-69 degrees so it is cold in here. I am happy to provide extra blankets! The space The kitchen and living room connect to one another "open concept look." The bedroom is upstairs. You have a walk-in bathroom with a sink, and a shower. You have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, you might see me cooking other than that I am at work, sleeping or watching tv. The backyard is set up for relaxing whether you want to get some fresh air and read or bird watch. The front yard porch is relaxing as well and you can see amazing sunsets from both areas. Guest access 1st floor, kitchen, laundry room. Please do not go downstairs in the movie room. During your stay I can be available for guests, and I am very sociable, or I can disappear and let them have the 1st floor all to themselves. I am a cook so it is likely that I will be in the kitchen at times. There may be guests in the basement so all that I ask is that my guests be aware of their t.v. volumes. Other things to note I have two listings, this is the 2nd floor bedroom and I just started a new listing which is the movie room in the basement. Please ensure your t.v noise is not to high between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Thanks
