Brand new building in May 2016, located in the center of Asunción, blocks from the micro center. Ideal for travelers who want to enjoy their stay comfortable and paying what's fair. Quiet, internal building, as it is located behind a building that overlooks the street. The center is booming, full of cafes, remains, history and life. We live downtown for years and are happy to accompany and recommend guests to get the most out of their stay in this iconic neighborhood. The space The building is quiet and quiet, it is newly opened, attention to every detail can be seen in the apartment itself, in the building, in the garden and in the old house where guests can enjoy. It has a doorman/gardener during weekdays and one during weekends. We are always available for what guests need both in the building itself and outside. The apartment was decorated and set with a lot of love and we hope that each guest will enjoy the apartment and their stay and feel at home. Guest access The building has a common patio/garden in front of the building and an old house where you enter the building, where you can sit and enjoy the day. Other things to note The building has parking for 1 car. It is charged separately, USD 10us per day (Check at the time of booking, as it is subject to space). Just outside the building is a laundry room.
