There is a brand new ADU that has been built in the back of the home with a separate entrance, outdoor space, and parking. Feel free to use the provided doggy waste bags and please pick up after your pet. ⪼EV CHARGING⪻ We do have a 50amp (240V) outlet plug on the driveway exterior side of the house, available for Level 2 charging.
