The apartment is located on the fishing pier street of Mar de Ajó (Rivadavia656 between Tucumán and Santiago del Estero) 10 blocks from downtown and 6 blocks from the beach. In its surroundings there are supermarkets , butchers, bakeries and warehouses. It has 1 bedroom, 2 cable TVs, ceiling fans, microwave, fridge, coffee maker , hot water, new mattresses, and heating in winter .
