COME SPEND A FEW DAYS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GREEN AND CLEAN AIR! The house is located in the Corrêas neighborhood in Petropolis in a RESIDENTIAL AREA AWAY FROM the center of the neighborhood. About a 30-minute drive from downtown Petrópolis, a 20-minute drive from Bingen's Rodóviária do Petrópolis. The house is on a SHARED piece of land WITH OUR CHALET which we also rented SEPARATELY by Airbnb. Access to the Chalet happens through stairs as shown in the photo. Ideal for those who like contact with the nature! The space We love this place so much, so we hope you enjoy your moment here, as we have prepared everything with great affection to welcome you. Your pet is welcome in our House (maximum node 2 small animals). Enjoy! Our space is square meters, consisting of: Main house with 200m², consisting of: -lam living room; -dining room; -kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cutlery, glasses, glasses, dishes, pots, pots and some other utensils; -3 bedrooms being the first with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, second with 2 double beds and third which is the suite with 1 double bed; - large bathroom; -work area with tank and clothesline; -door laundry Outdoor area, consisting of: - a flat lawn area in front and next to the main house; - a downhill area (with reduced access); -escada access to Chalet; - access space with car (PARKING happens in the garden for ONLY 1 car per house) -Gourmet area (under CONSTRUCTION) Chalet (RENTED SEPARATELY) NOTES -the terrain is SURROUNDED BY barbed wire and hedge; -the access to the House on foot happens via a ladder and by car through a ramp (we DO NOT indicate access for RECESSED cars). Guest access The entire place, except the Cottage. The access gates are shared with the main house and the Chalet.
