One of the suites faces the sea and the other facing the street. The street-facing suite also has 1 single bed. On the ground floor are: balcony, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and service area. It has 2 spaces for medium-sized vehicles. The space The house is located facing the sea, on the beach of the English. The beach has great length, getting very close to the 5 km. The sand is very fine and white, and there is, in this region, the largest formation of dunes in the city. In summer, the water temperature is warm and pleasant, suitable for a nice bath. All the spaces that make up the house are available to guests. The areas of the barbecue and garden are common areas to both houses and are therefore shared spaces. The presence of another family in the property next door and the sharing of common areas with another family, require that respect for good rules of coexistence be always observed. Guest access The house has a parking area, situated inside the land and on the same side of the house. The parking capacity is two medium-sized cars or a pickup truck. If necessary, there is an agreed parking lot about 100 meters from the place. Cars must be parked in such a way as not to impair the movement of vehicles in the other house. Other things to note It is a condominium composed of two semi-detached houses with the barbecue and garden areas common to the two residences. The use of any type of stereo should always be at a moderate volume; remember that there are other people next door who may be wanting to rest After 10 p.m. it is essential to respect the quiet time. Attention: In the case of hosting 11 people, the ideal is that the eleventh is a child because it will have to be accommodated on an extra mattress placed in one of the other rooms.
