The house is new and is located in one of the best regions of Maresias, right in the middle of the beach, at entrance 09, 800m from the beach. We have 5 complete suites, all with air conditioning, smart TV, lockers, fans and bathrooms. The house accommodates in beds of up to 20 people peacefully. Our kitchen is complete and any item we don't have here just ask our staff. The entire house, including the swimming pool and parking are private. We have vacancies for 7 small cars. All new and quality The space The house has 400m2 of built area, within a plot of 600m2. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 suites and a fifth bedroom with bathroom next door. All suites and the room have air conditioning, 01 social bathroom, 02 full kitchens, 02 barbecues, 01 pizza oven, 01 pool table, dining table for up to 24 people, 01 private pool, internal and private parking for up to 08 small cars, 04 loungers, 01 Kids slide, 01 redarium with 04 nets, 01 fireplace space, 01 mini kids space, 01 living space/pearl, 01 outdoor room. THE ROOMS: - All four suites and the fifth room have air conditioning, each of them has 1 double bed, 01 bunk bed, 01 wall fan, 01 tv, 01 closet and a full bathroom. Each of the 5 rooms in the house can be placed 01 extra mattress on the floor. (this mattress is not provided by us). We do not provide linen and pillows. THE BATHROOMS: - In every room we have a complete bathroom with a sink, glass box, bath towel holders, face, soap and paper. We have 01 social bathroom that suits the TV room. Total then of bathrooms in the property = 05. EXTERIOR ROOM - Our outside room is delicious! There are 3 huge benches made with demolition wood, with a side table on the side. It is in front of the courtyard, where next we have the pool and the pergola. Plantas e arandelas make up this delicious corner of the house. An intimate space for chatting, playing viola, reading a book, listening to music, among so many other options. INTERNAL KITCHEN: We have a kitchen on the inside of the full house. It has 01 400 liter refrigerator with top freezer, 01 large horizontal freezer, 01 stove with 04 mouths, 01 large granite sink and stainless steel bowl, 01 gourmet barbecue, 01 solid wood cabinet, 01 plastic cabinet to accommodate food. This space can be used for outdoor living room, meals, parties, among other activities. REDÁRIO AND CAMPFIRE SPACE: Our redário has room for 04 nets. Here you can relax, make a luau or simply contemplate the nature. MINI SPACE KIDS: - We have a space for your cubs to play in the sand of the beach. We have 02 swings, 02 seesaws, 01 slide and toys for sand. PARKING: - We have vacancies for 07 small cars inside the house, free of charge! Any other vehicle must be stopped outside the village! OUR EMPLOYEES: - We have a housekeeper who can and will serve them in almost every need, just call it in advance. Other things to note - Sound, noise, clutter between 10pm and 8am; - Standard entrance and exit at 4/17 pm. We offer a 1h margin for entry and 1h for exit at no cost; - Outside the standard time check availability, an amount of 200.00 will be charged for early check in or after 6 pm, or checkout after 6 pm; - Children from 05 to 10 years old pay 1/2 half of the value, over 10 years of adult value; - Your Pet is welcome, we charge a pet fee of 30.00 per day;
