Brand new stylish modern casita with pool located in the Brisas de Alma gated community directly on the beach at the world famous Boom. Has AC, ceiling fan, full bath w/ shower, small fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, high speed wifi (rare in Nica), and solar w/ battery back up. Located less than 100 yards from the sand directly on the Boom. Our bilingual local host is available for anything you need including transportation, rentals, boat charter, surf info, photos, volcano tours, etc. The space The casita is located on a half acre, walled lot with our house. There is a large gate next to the casita that you can use to park your car on the property (this is your private parking area). Has air conditioning, ceiling fan, a private covered deck, high speed wifi (rare for Nicaragua) and solar w/ battery backup so you always have power. Depending upon who is staying in the house you may be sharing the yard and pool with others. The casita has a private deck with chairs and table, and if no one is staying in the house you're welcome to use the homes' outdoor patio as well that's next to the pool. For surfers, in addition to the Boom there are several other quality surf breaks within a 30 minute drive north or south. Some require boat access. Wave quality varies from world class to easier waves for beginners and intermediates. Our local host will help you to understand what's available and what's working during your stay.
