This 4 bedroom 3 bath modern farmhouse has lots of quirks and special things hidden throughout. The downstairs offers a main suite and full bath connected, which can be private. There is an additional full bath downstairs. 3 more bedrooms are upstairs with another bathroom. Covered carport offers a 16 foot dining table with lots of extra space! And the porches! Need I say more! This home is located within 20 mins from 3 major Casinos and only minutes from Lake Charles or Jennings. The space Downstairs, the main bedroom offers a king bed and a private full bath. This suite can be private. There is an additional full bath downstairs and an air mattress in the main suite. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath with a shower. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a giant bean bag. We have a baby gate for the staircase at the bottom and a retractable gate upstairs for the top of the stairs. We also have a pack and play, and box fans all located in the upstairs closet. Each bedroom has its own sound machine. The laundry room has extra serving dishes for entertaining. On the carport, there is a 16 foot table for you to enjoy! We have laundry pods, serving dishes, olive oil, cooking spray, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pods, sugar packets, cream, baking and cooking items and paper towels. We have 2 refrigerators for your use. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, makeup towels, blow dryers in the downstairs baths, toilet spray, extra toilet paper. Dish washer and dishwashing detergent is also provided. We have lots of board games, card games and items as such. We have books in each nightstand and in the tv cabinet. Laundry room offers 2 washers and 2 dryers, sewing kit, first aid kit. Fire extinguishers are located in the landing upstairs and under the kitchen sink.
