This place is walking distance from Downtown Livingston, nestled in the trees with sounds of nature. And, only 15 minutes from Naskila Casino, and 10 minutes from Lake Livingston (bring your boat!), there is much to do nearby! The Bungalow is attached to our main house, but completely private, with its own entrance and a fenced in covered patio and yard. We allow up to two dogs when you visit. The Bungalow is newly updated and decorated, very cozy and family friendly. We hope to see you soon! The space The Bungalow is a 900 sq ft apartment attached to the main house where we live. The house was built in 1915 by Judge James Columbus Feagin, born in 1855. It was once owned by Percy Foreman, famous Texas defense attorney. Additional historical information will be available in the bungalow. The rental is set up to be completely private with its own entrance and parking spaces. Because we live on the property, we are easily accessible, but will not interfere with your stay. We will provide all linens and have a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, spices, etc. Guest access You will enter your private area through the gate next to the garage. You will be sent a code for the digital lock, giving you access to the Bungalow. Other things to note We have dogs of our own. They get excited but are well behaved. You may hear some barking from time to time. :)
