This super cool apartment has a lot to offer with only 1 double bedroom with AC ,1 BWC and a living room with a mini kitchen so you can prepare a breakfast and your favorite food makes you feel right at home! Situated in the back of one of the most beautiful seaside houses with its own privacy, having access to the barbecue of the main house so you can enjoy a barbecue with friends after a day of surfing and beach having a beer on the deck with the sea view! ENJOY! The space Nice place for couple or surfers who enjoy staying on the beach ...where there are waves especially in winter Guest access There is a barbecue where it would sometimes have to be divided if the main house is being rented.... we also have a garage only for a car that is on the outside of the house that would not be covered but protected....but if that happens it would be communicated on both parties!! Other things to note Alarm has to be turned on each time they leave it for their own safety.... Unfortunately dogs are not accepted in the property because it causes others to be allergic Add another person has to be communicated...
