Relax at our smoke free home in a very quiet subdivision. Plenty of off street parking and large yard. Close to everything! Blocks from schools & college, 5 minutes to hospital & shopping districts and restaurants, 10ish minutes to camplex. Room includes a full size bed on main level with bath across the hall. Can move twin bed into room to facilitate 3 ppl. Happy to help with questions, but let our guests decide how much interaction they'd prefer. We do have 1 cat and 1 dog. No cleaning fee! The space Private bedroom on main floor with private bath. Room does have minifridge with bottled water and a handful of snacks for guests to enjoy and travel sized toiletries for the forgetful packer. 😉 Twin bed can be added to space to facilitate group of 3. Can have use of large kitchen and outdoor grill for meals, and washer & dryer, just be respectful. 😉 When possible, we are happy to let you store your vehicle in one of our garages for the night. Just let us know. If it's not taken by another guest at our home, we'd love to let your car sleep indoors, too! Happy to accomodate to make your visit more pleasant. Guest access This is on the main level of our home, but we are super respectful of your privacy and very quiet. During your stay We're always around, so please let us know if we can help. Otherwise, we let our guests determine the level of interaction. Other things to note Welcome to use indoor and outdoor spaces of home with our family as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself. 😉 Our family does include a large dog (too friendly to avoid) and a cat (you will likely not see much cause she's shy). While they wont be in your private space, this is their home, too, and will likely be out in shared spaces.
