Nestled between a small lake and a steep hillside, the house offers views across Long Pond and plentiful sunlight throughout the day. 1/2 mile from public boat launch, and a short drive to Smalls Falls and the Appalachian Trail. Under 10 minutes to downtown Rangeley and 20 minutes to Saddleback. The space We are situated just off Route 4 with a 9 minute drive into downtown Rangeley. The house is tucked up off the road and we feel completely safe bringing our lab. You are able to hear the road from our house. Guest access Please feel free to use the whole house!
