The space The entire 2,000 square foot house, front porch, back deck and yard are yours to enjoy. A spacious living room for relaxation and a king ensuite bedroom for a restful sleep will give you all the comforts of home. With three bedrooms, two full baths, and a separate office area, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Experience the beauty of Laurel from our welcoming abode, where comfort meets style seamlessly. Guest access Our entire 2,000 square foot house is yours to enjoy. We provide all the comforts of home. All indoor and outdoor spaces are all available to our guests. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, books, games, and wi-fi. Extra towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. There is a two-car garage attached to the house. This is a one-level home so there are no steps to enter the home. You have full access to the washer and dryer. The detergent is on the shelf above the washer. Feel free to use anything in our kitchen. Kitchen towels and pot holders are in the drawer under the welcome basket. Other things to note Various sweet and salty snacks, bottled water, and a bottle of wine are complimentary in a welcome basket. Both a Keurig and a tea kettle are provided along with a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Additionally, a guestbook with local information is included in the rental. The thermostat is located in the hall and can be controlled remotely. Let me know if you need any help adjusting the temperature. There is an extra chair for the dining table in the laundry room and another one in the middle bedroom. There is a security camera by the front door that monitors the front porch, carport, and driveway. Extra towels, pillows, and blankets are available in the hall closet. Kitchen towels and pot holders are in the drawer directly under the gift basket. There is a broom and dust pan in the kitchen pantry. Salt, pepper and other seasonings are located in the cabinet above the microwave. Dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink.
