Close to the historic towns of Doylestown, Peddler's Village, New Hope & Lambertville. This lovely guest suite is situated above the garage and attached to the main house. A full outdoor staircase leads to the private balcony and entrance. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible. The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials to create and enjoy a meal at the dining table or on the balcony overlooking the yard. The living room features two comfortable sofas and a large screen TV. The bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A Pack ‘n Play is available if needed. No smoking / vaping of any kind allowed inside the suite. Guest access The guest suite is attached to a private home. Guests have the use of the private suite and balcony area. The pool, fenced yard space, swings and out buildings may not be used or entered by guests. Only registered guests may be on the property.
