This tiny home can sleep 4 guests. There is a queen bed downstairs, a queen bed In the loft and an additional fold out chair in the loft for optional sleeping arrangements. The space Welcome to my tiny cabin! I hope you’ll enjoy big fun, lots of relaxation, and a great memorable experience. Enter the cabin through a screened-in front porch where you can enjoy that mountain air while you sip your morning coffee, cook a meal on the griddle, or just take in the peace and quiet. You may even see a deer or two. Step into the family room where natural light and high ceilings give the space a big open feel. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 55 inch tv. (Firestick) On those cold nights, enjoy the electric fireplace. You’ll find the remote controls for the tv and fireplace on the fireplace mantle. There are two minor split units in the cabin. One remote is in the living area and other is in the bedroom. The living area remote control will be found on the wall next to the couch for your ease and comfort. The bedroom remote is located on the wall on the right as you walk into the bedroom. Please keep the remotes in their designated holders during your stay. There are two stools at the bar for eating or doing that work you brought along. Built in charging ports are there for your convenience. The well appointed kitchen with full size appliances will meet your home away from home needs. You’ll find an electric range, microwave, refridgerator/freezer, and even a small dishwasher. There are plenty of pots and pans, flatware, dishes and glassware for you, so cook away! Salt and pepper and cooking oil is provided to get you started. Like waffles? I got you. Waffle iron, toaster and five cup drip coffee maker are awaiting. In the hallway there is a stacked washer/dryer set for your use. Towels and other bathroom supplies are located in the cabinets to the left of the bathroom. Plenty of room to spare in those cabinets for your groceries during your stay. The full bathroom has a walk in shower with two small seats. A hair dryer is provided under the sink. A private bedroom with queen bed is at the back of the cabin. There are two closets and a set of built in drawers for your belongings. A mini split HVAC unit is in the bedroom with a remote control holder on the wall beside the bed. A back door in the bedroom opens onto a small deck with a nice view of the fire-pit. Need more sleeping space? No worries. Head up the stairs to the cozy loft. Please use the handrail going up and down the steep climb and watch your head at the top. The ceiling height is only for sitting. There is a comfortable queen-size floor mattress and a twin size fold out chair for lounging or sleeping. The loft is a great place to grab a nap or retreat with a book or play a board game. This space is open to the living room and has great views of the fire-pit and those tall pines. Make yourself at home in my beautiful little piece of heaven. Other things to note Just some reminders: The cabin utilizes a verizon hotspot device. The TV utilizes fire stick. This cabin is not childproofed. There are steep stairs to the loft and there are no safety features for children in the cabin. Please know that the safety of your child is your sole responsibility. There are no pets, smoking or vaping allowed. There will be a fine of 300.00 for evidence of smoking or pets inside or on the premises.
