Air conditioning cold/heat in the living room sector and in the matrimonial room. Fan in both bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with basic utensils, an oven, anafe, a microwave and a refrigerator. Cable TV and Wi Fi. Bedding, blankets and sets of towel and toallon for each guest. Guest access The patio is shared with another unit also rented. The building does not have a garage. There's free parking on the block. Very safe area, surrounded by important shops such as being an appliance house and a corralón. Both with security cameras and surveillance. Other things to note In the courtyard there is a dog border collie. Very playful and love children!
